With over 20 years of culinary experience and education, our chefs here at Blue Elephant take pride in creating and presenting every dish to perfection.

Before the opening of the Blue Elephant, their works have been recognized by numerous publications throughout the country including Chefs magazine, Food Arts, Chicago Sun Times, Chicago Tribune, Food and Wine, Metropolis, Chicago magazine, Where magazine and so on.

In 2003, they received AAA Four Diamonds Award while working at Erawan Royal Thai Cuisine in Chicago. They have also appeared as guest chefs on national television such as CBS2 news, WGN news, ABC7 news and Food Network.
